• Canvas wrap was not always displaying in the Builder after switching SKUs 
• The continue shopping button was not clearing the Builder when set to use the same Builder session
• Photo albums were not opening and displaying photos when selected multiple times
• Photo book pages were not loading correctly if the user scrolled through the pages faster than they could load
• While choosing photos, the ‘View My Recent Photos’ link was displaying over the photo source choices

We have launched some exciting improvements to our Calendar Builder and Photo Upload features.  These improvements will enhance customer experience while personalizing their calendars and other photo gifts.

Calendar Builder

• New navigation – including a drop down for the user to select the page they want to personalize 
• Half page views – the view of the bottom half of the calendar is shown separately from the top view to make it easier for the user to see the section they are working on

Photo Upload

• Fewer clicks to get photos- whether uploading from their computer, selecting from a specific album, or side loading from other sites
• Direct link to photos used – so users will know what photos they have already added to their product
• New layout for Prints photo upload – the Prints Builder still uses the previous photo upload features, but has been restyled for ease of use

In our ongoing effort to make the Builder more user friendly for consumers, we will soon be launching improvements to our photo upload feature.  The planned launch date is May 2nd.  The Builder will automatically update in Partner deployments and you will not have to perform any tasks to implement.  Photos that users have uploaded with the old photo upload process will still be available when the new features go live.  Benefits for users will include: 

• Fewer clicks to get photos, whether uploading from their computer, selecting from a specific album, or side loading from other sites
• A direct link to photos used so users will know what photos they have already added to their product

Improved Builder Load Speed

We have improved the speed with which the Builder loads for your customers.  Average load speeds have decreased from almost 4 seconds down to around 2.5 seconds, a 33% decrease.

Bug Fixes

• The checkout page was not accurately displaying the last four card digits, was cutting off the last digit
• Photos were not always being center cropped when switching between landscape and portrait orientation
• Photo Book Builder UI was distorted when loading a template ID without a design collection name
• The Text Editor was not working properly if clicked on as soon as the Builder loaded
• The Add to Cart button in the Prints Builder was not getting disabled when all prints were removed, and clicking it did not give a “no photos” warning
• Changing a page to a text only layout in a photo book was not enabling the add to cart button when all other pages had photos added

• The photo edit toolbar was staying open, on top of the get photos window, after clicking on the Get Photos button
